Our support services are not available 24/7 as we are a small team and based exclusively in the US. We do try to respond as quickly as possible but work or other personal events may interfere with that. We reserve the right to terminate service without notice if any malicious activity is suspected. Additionally, please be aware that data associated with your hosting service is subject to be wiped if not renewed immediately.
